ASOmatic Terms of Use
These Terms of Use apply to ASOmatic: App Keyword Rankings (“ASOmatic”), provided by Nephilim, LLC. By using ASOmatic, you agree to these Terms and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
What ASOmatic provides
ASOmatic records public App Store search observations while the app is open and presents local ranking history and trends. Results depend on the information Apple returns for the selected storefront and time. “Not in results” means the tracked app was not present within the returned result depth; it is not a statement that the app has no position anywhere in the App Store.
No ranking guarantee
App Store results can change and Apple may alter or discontinue its public services. ASOmatic does not guarantee ranking accuracy, availability, search placement, downloads, revenue, or any other marketing outcome. ASOmatic is an informational productivity tool and does not provide legal, financial, or professional marketing advice.
Subscriptions
ASOmatic may offer auto-renewable weekly and annual subscriptions. The price, subscription period, and any trial or promotional terms are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID through the App Store. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, a subscription renews automatically and Apple charges the account within 24 hours before renewal. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings. Any unused portion of a free trial may be forfeited when a subscription is purchased where applicable.
Acceptable use
You may use ASOmatic only in compliance with applicable law and Apple’s platform rules. Do not interfere with the app, misuse Apple’s services, attempt to circumvent subscription access controls, or reverse engineer the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Availability and changes
Nephilim, LLC may update ASOmatic, change features, or discontinue parts of the app. Features may depend on Apple services, RevenueCat, device capabilities, and network availability.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ASOmatic is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nephilim, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of ASOmatic. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Apple Standard EULA
Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also governs your license to use ASOmatic. If these Terms conflict with mandatory Apple terms for the licensed app, those Apple terms control.
