ASOmatic Privacy Policy
This policy explains how ASOmatic: App Keyword Rankings (“ASOmatic”) handles information. ASOmatic is provided by Nephilim, LLC.
Summary
ASOmatic does not require an account and does not operate a server for your app-tracking workspace. Your tracked apps, keywords, storefront selections, ranking observations, trends, events, milestones, and settings are stored on your device. ASOmatic does not use advertising trackers or sell personal information.
Information stored on your device
ASOmatic stores the workspace and history needed to provide its features, along with settings, a widget snapshot, and limited subscription status needed to determine access. Privacy-safe diagnostic events may be written to Apple’s unified logging system on the device. These events use fixed status and error tokens and are designed to omit keywords, URLs, and identifiers.
Information sent to Apple
ASOmatic uses Apple’s public App Store Search and Lookup services while you use search and ranking features. An app search or ranking check sends the search text or keyword and the selected storefront country to Apple. Looking up a pasted App Store link may also send the app’s numeric App Store identifier and storefront country. Apple returns public App Store information and may process the request, network information, and purchase activity under Apple’s privacy policies. Nephilim, LLC does not receive or retain a server copy of these requests.
Purchases and RevenueCat
Apple processes subscription payments. ASOmatic uses RevenueCat to load subscription offerings, validate purchases, restore purchases, and determine whether ASOmatic Pro is active. RevenueCat receives an automatically generated anonymous app-user identifier, purchase history and receipt or transaction information, entitlement status, and limited app, operating-system, device, locale, currency, and network information needed to provide and protect the purchase service. ASOmatic does not send RevenueCat your tracked apps, keywords, storefront selections, or ranking history.
RevenueCat uses purchase history for app functionality, such as receipt validation and entitlements, and for subscription analytics such as customer history and charts. ASOmatic does not associate RevenueCat’s anonymous identifier with a name, email address, or ASOmatic account, and does not use purchase information to track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
Photos and sharing
If you choose to save a milestone image, ASOmatic may request add-only access to your photo library. The app does not request permission to read your photo library. Sharing is initiated by you through Apple’s system share sheet.
Retention and deletion
Your workspace remains on the device until you delete it in Settings → Delete all ASOmatic data or uninstall the app. Purchase and entitlement information processed by Apple and RevenueCat is retained according to their policies and legal obligations. To request assistance with RevenueCat information associated with ASOmatic, contact Nephilim, LLC; additional transaction or technical information may be needed to locate the anonymous record.
Children
ASOmatic is a business productivity tool and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
This policy may be updated when ASOmatic’s features or data practices change. The latest version and its effective date will remain available on this page.
