Use of the App
You may use Nephilim, LLC products only in compliance with applicable law and Apple's platform rules.
Subscriptions
Products may offer auto-renewable subscriptions. Billing is handled by Apple through your App Store account. Subscription prices, trial availability, renewal timing, and cancellation options are presented in the app and in your Apple subscription settings.
Apple Standard EULA
Use of the iOS app is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Apple's mandatory platform terms, Apple's terms control for the licensed iOS application.
Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse Nephilim, LLC products, interfere with their operation, or attempt to reverse engineer the service except where applicable law permits it.
- Do not use Nephilim, LLC products in a way that violates Apple platform rules, the rights of others, or applicable law.
Availability and Changes
Nephilim, LLC may update products, change features, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. Some features may depend on Apple services, device permissions, or third-party infrastructure.
Disclaimers
Products are provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Nephilim, LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that any product will be suitable for every use case.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Nephilim, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of its products.
