These Terms of Use govern your use of the Pray app and related website content provided by Nephilim, LLC.

Use of the App

Pray is intended to help users build a daily Bible reading habit. You may use the app only in compliance with applicable law and Apple's platform rules.

Subscriptions

Pray may offer auto-renewable subscriptions. Billing is handled by Apple through your App Store account. Subscription prices, trial availability, renewal timing, and cancellation options are presented in the app and in your Apple subscription settings.

Apple Standard EULA

Use of the iOS app is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Apple's mandatory platform terms, Apple's terms control for the licensed iOS application.

Acceptable Use

Availability and Changes

Nephilim, LLC may update Pray, change features, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. Some features may depend on Apple services, device permissions, or third-party infrastructure.

Disclaimers

Pray is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Nephilim, LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the app will be suitable for every use case.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nephilim, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Pray.
